Shipping: Our standard order processing time is 1-2 weeks. And 1-4 days for orders placed from the ready for delivery collection. Certain orders might experience longer shipping times due to special items (liquids), courier issues, potentially leading to delays. If a delay surpasses 2 weeks beyond the estimated arrival time, Skn & Soul will take complete responsibility and provide a full refund.

Cancellations: Once the full payment has been made, we cannot accept cancellations. Refunds are not available as products are custom ordered for each customer.

For Cash On Delivery items, orders should be canceled within 2 hours maximum after placing it.

Returns:

Due to health and safety reasons, items cannot be returned under any conditions . This policy is in place to protect our customers and ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Exchanges:
Exchanges can only be made before delivery. Once the order has been delivered, no changes can be applied.
